Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time excludes weekends, public holidays, and unforeseen operational disruptions. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day. We conduct a strict quality check for each order before dispatch to ensure products are in perfect condition and match your order details. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier’s service efficiency. Below are the standard estimated delivery timeframes (excluding processing time):

  • United States: 7–15 business days (excludes remote areas, which may take an additional 2–3 business days)
  • Europe: 7–18 business days (varies by country; delivery to remote European regions may extend to 20 business days)
  • Other countries: 10–20 business days (delivery time may be extended for regions with limited logistics access or strict customs regulations)

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to customs clearance procedures, local holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. For international shipments, customs processing times are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and may add additional days to the total delivery time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped and handed over to the logistics carrier, a tracking number will be generated and sent to you via the email address provided during checkout. You can use this tracking number to monitor the real-time status of your shipment through our website’s order tracking page or the carrier’s official platform. The tracking information will be updated periodically to reflect the shipment’s location and progress, including departure from our warehouse, arrival at local distribution centers, and out-for-delivery status.

If you do not receive your tracking number within 4 business days of payment confirmation, or if the tracking information shows no updates for more than 5 business days, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Delays

In rare cases, shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to: customs inspections, logistics carrier disruptions, severe weather (such as storms, floods, or extreme temperatures), labor disputes, transportation restrictions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. We will make every effort to coordinate with the carrier to resolve delays and keep you informed of any updates regarding your shipment.

If your shipment is delayed by more than 7 business days beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our customer service team with your order number and tracking information, and we will investigate the issue and provide appropriate solutions (such as order reshipment or refund options, where applicable).

Lost Packages

If you believe your package is lost, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number, tracking number, and shipping address. A package is considered lost if there is no tracking update for 14 consecutive business days (for U.S. shipments) or 21 consecutive business days (for international shipments), or if the carrier confirms the package is lost.

Upon receiving your lost package claim, we will work with the shipping carrier to conduct a thorough investigation. The investigation process may take 3–7 business days. If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer you a full refund (including any applicable shipping costs) or arrange for a free reshipment of your order, at your discretion. Please note that we cannot process lost package claims if the shipping address provided was incomplete, incorrect, or if the carrier confirms delivery to the provided address.

Shipping Restrictions & Prohibitions

We reserve the right to refuse shipping to any location where local laws or regulations prohibit the delivery of our products, or where logistics services are unavailable or impractical. Additionally, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, military bases (APO/FPO/DPO), or remote areas that are not accessible by standard logistics carriers[3].

Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to their nature (e.g., fragile items, hazardous materials). We will clearly indicate any shipping restrictions for specific products on their respective product pages. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the ordered products comply with the destination country’s import regulations and restrictions.

Package Acceptance & Signature Requirements

Upon delivery, please inspect the package for any visible damage (such as dents, tears, or water damage) before accepting it from the carrier. If the package is damaged, please refuse delivery and contact our customer service team immediately to initiate a damage claim. Failure to inspect the package upon delivery may affect our ability to assist with damage-related issues.

Address Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee address changes or order cancellations, as orders are processed quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to modify your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing the order. We will make every effort to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. If the order has already been shipped, we cannot change the address or cancel the order, and you will need to follow our return policy if you wish to return the package.

Liability Limitations

We shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to: carrier negligence, customs delays, natural disasters, acts of god, labor disputes, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Our liability is limited to the value of the order and does not include any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as lost profits or inconvenience) arising from shipping delays or lost packages.
